We made a decision at the outset to only make dynamic web sites that clients could update( if they chose to) for several reasons.  Over the last few years with the rise of SEO as a profession and especially with emerging mobile smart phone device and need for mobile

Integrated Mobile Sites:

With the rise of the smart phone and now the preeminence of the 7″ or smaller screen as a primary internet connected device (that’s right, there are now as of this year, more phones and tablet PC’s with data plans on the web than desktop and laptop computers), the need for optimized web sites is ever increasing.  We have partnered exclusively with BumpTap, a mobile marketing company in St. Petersburg, Florida to develop integrated mobile optimzed themes for each of our CMS powered sites.  Because most of our sites are “smart” sites with a programming back-end, it is not that difficult for us to inegrate a second mobile theme into the sites dashboard and then with a little bit of code the site can tell that the visitor is using a mobile device and therefore display a single column mobile version of the site to that visitor for just a few dollars more.

This is especially important to retail and food establishments where the visitors are often on foot already when they go looking for you.  Mobile versions of search engines shift results to brick and mortar business.
Example:

You are sitting at your home computer and you use Google search for the term “lobster”.   Now your search results with prominently favor encyclopedic references, like Wikipedia, with information on lobsters as animal species.  This is normal.  But if you use a Google search on your mobile phone for the same term “lobster”, Google knows you are using a mobile device and will skew results to business references based on your locality, local eateries where lobster is served, from GPS or cell tower information provided by the device because Google knows you are more likely looking for food if you are out and about.
